Fee for in-person participation — members of the Young Neurologists Section of the Polish Neurological Society, trainees: PLN 100
Fee for in-person participation — students: PLN 50
Fee for in-person participation — other participants: PLN 200
Fee for participation in the dinner on May 13, 2022 — PLN 100*
The payment of fees is not possible during the Congress.
Before paying the fee, please register via the electronic conference service system by selecting the REGISTRATION tab.
As part of the fee for landline participation, we provide:
- participation in scientific sessions and exhibition of companies,
- refreshments,
- congress materials,
- ID,
- certificate.
Resignation from participation in the Congress**
Written resignation from participation in the Conference should be reported to the address of the Logistics Organizer or by e-mail: yncongress@viamedica.pl.
In case of resignation, the participant is entitled to a refund of the registration fee minus handling costs:
- resignation reported from the moment of payment up to 30 days before the Conference - handling costs are 10%,
- resignation submitted from 29 to 15 days before the conference - handling costs amount to 35%,
- resignation notified 14 days before the conference - the participant is not entitled to a refund.
*Participation in the dinner is not financed by innovative companies associated in INFARMA and is not part of the scientific program.
Participation in the dinner will not be financed with funds from member companies of the POLMED Chamber and SOWE Partners.
**The above conditions do not apply to natural persons who are consumers within the meaning of Art. 221 of the Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93), i.e. of February 9, 2017 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 459, as amended).
